Thank you :)

Hannah here, I wanted to thank you for downloading my 2025 Life Hub template. I hope you love it. This is the very template I use to run my life right now - very little has changed from 2024, but I’ve made it much more visually aesthetic and moved the moodboard from its own individual page to the homepage, so you can look at it every time you open Notion. I’ve put together this short and simple guide on how to use this template, but if you have any questions that aren’t answered here, feel free to pop me a DM on Instagram @itshannahost and I’ll do my best to get back to you quickly!

How to use this template

This template serves as a landing page for all your other notion pages. There is space for a ‘Word of the Year’, ‘2025 Mantra’ and a ‘2025 Moodboard’, as well as a database for your 2025 goals. I’ve kept all this in one page to ensure you are always reminded of your goals and purpose for the year.

Goal Setting

On the right-hand side of the template, you will see a space for setting goals. Start with the first goal in the gallery database for more detailed instructions on how to plan your 2025 goals using this template. Once you have planned your goals in each item on the database and added an image to go with it, you will have a goal-based moodboard on your Notion homepage, and your habits mapped out in the 12-week year system. I use a system inspired by the 12-week year ideology outlined in the book The 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington, which splits your yearly goals into 4 quarters and sets habits from these goals. I have found this makes goals simpler and more attainable. For more info, I’d highly recommend reading the book!

Don’t forget to set a priority for each of your goals, this will ensure they pull through into the quarterly views in the database.

Hubs and Hobbies

There is a callout section where you can add existing pages or create new ones, categorised into ‘hubs’ (for important life sections, like ‘Career’, ‘Health & Wellbeing’, ‘Finance’, and ‘Social’) and ‘hobbies’ (for all your other pages and interests, like ‘Reading List’, ‘Travel’, ‘Journal’). Of course, these can be customised, but I’ve found that this segregation makes it easier to prioritise pages that are most important to me and make them easy to find. I have included blank pages here as an example, and will be creating future templates that can be used for these pages. But feel free to put whatever your current main pages are in here for now!

And that’s it!

Once you’ve finished setting everything up, you can delete this page and the example goal and hubs/hobbies pages and begin creating your own.

There’s nothing more to it - I wanted to keep this homepage as simple as possible, as a landing page and goal-setting page that you’ll enjoy referring back to as a base page. I hope you love it as much as I do!
